Campaign
CamperDays promotes the 5,83% discount code “SWEDEN” valid from 4.05.2024 until 20.05.2024. This coupon code is only valid for pick ups in Sweden.
The voucher can be redeemed on camperdays websites and cannot be linked to other promotions and isn’t applicable to existing bookings. The vouchers can be redeemed a maximum of 1,000 times. Furthermore, CamperDays’ voucher conditions as well as GTC apply.
Payments that have to be made on site during pickup do not count towards the booking value. In the event of cancellation, modification of the booking or non-collection, the discount amount will not be refunded.
A payout of the discount value is not possible.
The discount value applies exclusively to the person addressed by us and may not be passed on or distributed to third parties. We reserve the right to cancel the promotion prematurely.
Participation and exclusion
Natural persons aged 18 or over and resident in the Federal Republic of Germany are eligible to participate. Employees and sales partners of CamperDays GmbH are excluded from participation. Participation is limited to customers of the organiser and is dependent on the purchase of the service. If a participant has limited legal capacity, the consent of their legal representative is required. In addition, the operator reserves the right, at its own discretion, to exclude persons from participation if there are justified reasons, for example (a) in the event of manipulation in connection with access to or execution of the competition, (b) in the event of violations of these conditions of participation, (c) in the event of unfair behaviour or (d) in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition. Participation in the competition is free of charge.
Processing purposes and legal basis
The personal data will be processed for the purpose of organising this competition or redeeming the prize. The legal basis for the processing is the performance of a contract pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b) GDPR. We also have a legitimate interest in processing the personal data in order to organise the competition within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f) GDPR. The master and address data as well as data on our performance are also processed for reasons of commercial or tax law, Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c) GDPR, §§ 257 para. 1, 4 HGB, 147 para. 1, 4 AO, if the person is successful in our competition.
We may also need to process the data for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or for compliance with legal requirements, Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c), f) GDPR.
Automated decision-making (in particular profiling) does not take place.
Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
Participants have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

Final provisions
The promotion and these conditions of participation are subject to German law. It is not possible to exchange, collect or pay out the prize in cash. The invalidity of individual provisions of these conditions of participation shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Legal recourse is excluded.
