SLAVERY AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING STATEMENT

1. PREFACE

CamperDays GmbH, operator of billiger-mietwagen.de, Carigami and CamperDays condemns any form of slavery and human trafficking and is committed to fighting against such crimes. The company understands the importance of ethical business operations and supply chain management. CamperDays GmbH continues to monitor, review and take reasonable steps to ensure that slavery and human trafficking do not prevail in any aspect of it’s business. FLOYT acknowledge our continued responsibilities under the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and, accordingly, have produced this Statement with respect to the prevention of modern slavery for the financial year ending 31 December 2018.

2. FLOYT MOBILITY GMBH STRUCTURE AND BUSINESS

CamperDays GmbH operates three platforms related to vehicle rent: billiger-mietwagen.de, Carigami and CamperDays. The private company is not stock listed. It is owned by NCG Commerce GmbH. In 2017 the annual turnover was 45.085.341,82 €. While billiger-mietwagen.de and Carigami focus mainly on traditional car rentals CamperDays focuses on camper/RV. This statement outlines FLOYT approach to tackling slavery and human trafficking where it can.

3. FLOYT COMPLIANCE

FLOYT Company Ethics are strong and include the values and principles which employees and suppliers are expected to uphold. All employees receive a training on the Code of Ethics on an annual basis. This is complemented by a robust Compliance organisational structure with a certified compliance officer to whom ethics breaches may be reported.
Our recruitment practices ensure that individuals are free to work. All workers benefit from working conditions and terms and conditions of employment that meet or exceed the applicable legislation on areas including working hours, holiday, family support, transportation support, pay and equality. All offers of work made by FLOYT are accepted on an entirely voluntary basis.

4. EMPLOYEE AWARENESS

FLOYT conducts face to face training for its employees to emphasize the importance of acting with integrity and in line with our internal Code of Ethics. Key staff and employees have and will continue to be briefed on the existence of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and of their individual and collective responsibilities.

5. SUPPLY CHAINS

As a service provider that provides access to the offerings of selected partners, the supply chain is limited. It focuses primarily on about 30 car rental companies and brokers as well as several specialist technical services providers. We expect our suppliers to adhere to our standard procurement terms and conditions which ensure that our supply chains are contractually obligated to comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015. We continue to engage with our suppliers regularly to collaboratively ensure compliance.

6. DUE DILIGENCE

FLOYT will continue to improve standardizing supply chain questionnaires and ensuring these are suitable for the purpose of meeting its obligation under the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
