I was first offered a larger motorhome than the one I had booked. I turned it down because I didn't see the point and it would probably have used more fuel and might not have been compatible with the campsites I'd booked. So I was given the one I had booked but with a slide out, which was a pleasant surprise. The pick-up and drop-off went very well. The RV had 9000mi when I picked it up.
