The vehicle showed signs of damage upon collection, which were not repaired despite being reported to the rental company. The number of laundry packages provided did not match the number booked. The vehicle was not cleaned thoroughly.

The motorhome can best be described as a considerably old, worn-out vehicle. It is outrageous what is being offered here! I expect a response to my detailed feedback and claim for damages.

I didn't expect to get a seven-year-old rental vehicle. You can imagine what the condition and equipment (e.g. no USB ports...) are like. Much of the furniture is damaged, and the dirt in the more difficult to reach areas is unacceptable. The level indicators for the waste water tanks and the battery charge did not work when connected to an external power supply. The battery was only charged while driving – after one night it was empty, making it impossible to remain self-sufficient for longer. The brakes were also in very poor condition and the V-belt squeaked at 2000 rpm. The vehicle constantly pulled to the left. At least the handover and return were straightforward, albeit somewhat reserved. Other providers seem to have much newer vehicles. I do not recommend Cruise Canada.

The vehicle we received was not in good condition. Upon delivery, we discovered a tyre that was no longer roadworthy, as the carcass was already exposed. After explaining that we could not drive like this, the tyre was replaced. After we set off, we noticed that the vehicle had play in various places, which meant that the steering geometry was no longer correct. The vehicle also pulled strongly to the right. Half of the interior fell apart and screws flew towards us while we were driving. So we took matters into our own hands and tightened everything up. The price/performance ratio is absolutely no longer guaranteed with such an old and run-down vehicle.

★★★★★ Absolutely recommendable - uncomplicated, inexpensive and reliable! Our experience with Cruise Canada was thoroughly positive and definitely deserves five stars. The handover and return of the motorhome went very smoothly - fast, friendly and without unnecessary bureaucracy. The uncomplicated return was particularly pleasant: only the petrol and propane levels were checked. For our family of four, one tank of propane was enough for three weeks without any problems. The vehicle itself was almost as good as new with only 12,000 kilometres on the clock and in a satisfactorily clean condition. However, anyone who values absolute cleanliness should be aware that it was not clinically clean - but for us it was perfectly fine. The price is unbeatably favourable compared to other providers. The staff on site were very helpful and accommodating, which made the whole process very pleasant. The on-site briefing is relatively short, as you have to watch a training video in advance - which we found very efficient. The camper was suitably equipped, everything we needed was there. Although an awning and wheel chocks were missing, we didn't miss either. The storage space is somewhat limited, so we recommend not using hard-shell cases to make the most of the space. We can't comment on the technical service as we didn't have to use it - which speaks for itself. Consumption is around 20-25 litres. That's high, but you also have enough power. We would particularly like to recommend the optional bed linen and towel set - very cosy and warm! We also had our own fitted sheets, which proved to be very practical as they don't slip as much. The optional kitchen equipment is also useful, although some items (e.g. uncoated pan, blunt knives) are not of high quality. These can be easily added to at the supermarket if necessary. We didn't take the camping chairs on offer - you can get new models for the same price in the supermarket. Overall, our trip with Cruise Canada was a complete success. If you are looking for good value for money, an uncomplicated process and a reliable vehicle, this is the right place for you. We would book again at any time!
