We were really happy – we got a free upgrade to a Mercedes Sprinter in Perth… brilliant!!! In Cairns, we then asked about an upgrade (because the Sprinter was bigger than the Britz) and paid 500 AUD for one, which unfortunately turned out to be a downgrade… the curtains were completely filthy, there were crickets in the fridge... and there was something in the ventilation system that made loud noises whilst driving – like paper fluttering in the wind – so you couldn’t hear the radio anymore... really annoying over a 3,000 km journey!! Otherwise, we were very happy with the check-in and check-out!!

We had an incredible holiday travelling from Cairns to Sydney with our Britz Trailblazer :) The staff were very friendly and provided us with all the information we needed about the campervan. Everything worked perfectly and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Great camper, enough space for 2 adults with child, unfortunately got a slightly older model overall, but was very reliable and made the 6000km from Cairns to Melbourne without any problems.

We rented a camper van for three weeks, took it in Cairns and gave it back in Melbourne. We underestimated the distance, especially since the roads in the very north and south are not that good. Anyway, the given Sprinter was excellent, easy to drive and quite new (25T km). After a week, a stone from a passing semi truck hit our windscreen and a scratch appeared on the next day. We had o replace it, but it was not a big deal since the contact to Britz went very well, THL handled the case professionally and directly contacted the repair service we had selected. The screen was delivered the next day, on the morning of the second day we could continue our journey. I guess you should judge the quality of a company by how they handle exceptional things, and from that point of view Britz/THL were doing great. We had the all inclusive plan, which of course is expensive, but after all we were glad to have taken it...

Absolutely dreadful – made a thousand phone calls whilst driving with Apollo… the battery ran out twice? You tick the box to confirm you’ve got third-party insurance. But in the end, it’s not all that bad – never again – I’ve advised all my friends against it

The side door often sticks and has to be opened from the outside. We were made aware of this when we picked up the vehicle, but it has gotten much worse over time. There is hardly any space to store things, e.g. nets in the interior. The shelf insert was missing. After 3 months of use, we still found shards of glass from a window pane that had apparently broken at some point. The stove knob always had to be pulled out completely and plugged back in so that it would lock and we could cook. Not very clean when we picked it up, even though the employee cleaned it again.

We were very satisfied with the camper van we rented. The van was ideal for two people and comfortable to drive. The bed was spacious and comfortable. We had a minor issue with the smoke detector, but it wasn't a big deal. Picking up and dropping off the vehicle went smoothly, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Picking up the camper was very quick, even though there was a bit of a wait due to the time of collection (9 a.m. – this is when most people arrive). The information about the contract etc. was very transparent. Only the handover/takeover of the camper itself was a bit rushed; we had the feeling that they just wanted to get the camper out as quickly as possible. The condition of the camper itself was good (we got a Maui instead of the Apollo we booked), with about 80k km on the clock and slight signs of wear, which is normal given the mileage/age. However, there was definitely room for improvement in terms of cleanliness. The dishes had to be washed before use, the outdoor grill and sink/stove were not really clean, and the extractor fan also needed a thorough cleaning. The return process was super quick. Overall, though, it was a positive experience. We had no problems with the camper and really appreciated it.

A nice motorhome, but there were a few technical issues. -A start-up notification every morning. Stop the vehicle and leave the engine running. It was there when we picked up the motorhome and the mechanic said it wasn't harmful. Later, I looked it up on the internet and found out it had something to do with the regeneration of the catalytic converter. -The motorhome air conditioning dripped water onto the bed (after a week). -The sliding door sometimes got stuck, but it could be fixed with a hard push (hence the dents in the door). -The motorhome battery was weak; after not driving for three days, it was barely able to start. On the positive side, the motorhome drives well and is an ideal size for two people.

Very comfortable and very well equipped. Very easy pick-up and drop-off. However, I would have liked more explanations on how to use it, with instructions on how to empty the waste water, dismantle and reassemble the table. The videos cannot be viewed without Wi-Fi.

The campervan was a bit on the old side, but it served us well for the 3,000 km we covered. The hire company in Cairns, however, wasn’t so reliable. We had to wait for over two hours, but weren’t told until an hour had passed. As we were already short on time on the first day, we had to cancel that day’s plans, including the campsite we’d already paid for. What a shame.

When we picked up the vehicle in Cairns, we noticed that it was not in very good condition. The awning fell apart when we opened it. The employee's response that a colleague had checked it was not really helpful. We had to have a replacement awning fitted in Brisbane, as Cairns did not have any. AdBlue had not been refilled. The step at the entrance door to the camper was loose and was not fixed despite our complaint. It then broke after a short time. This is a safety hazard! The tyres were worn. The water pump failed, so we had to stop at the branch in Adelaide to have it repaired. We were given a vehicle for a planned journey of 10,000 km that needed a 120,000 km service after 5,000 km. The engine oil had to be topped up on the way. When it rained, water ran into the vehicle from the roof. The steering had play. Conclusion: too expensive for the service we received.

The staff at Mighty were very friendly and helpful. However, you should allow a bit of time when picking up the vehicle. We had booked a motorhome for four people, but were given a vehicle for six. Unfortunately, a few things on the vehicle were faulty. Some of these were repaired after a wait, whilst others remained unrepaired. The motorhome was superficially clean, but corners, cupboards and hard-to-reach areas had clearly not been thoroughly cleaned. Only one of the hob rings worked. On a positive note, the motorhome reliably got us from A to B throughout the entire trip. However, we found the value for money to be rather poor: we paid a total of €4,200 for 26 days, which was not entirely convincing given the condition of the vehicle.

The car was handed over to us with many defects and was not clean! After asking, the car was sent to the cleaners for 5 minutes and was still as dirty as before! So we had to take over the complete cleaning ourselves! In addition, there was already a lot of damage in the interior!

Poorly laid out campsite, not much room for 6 people. Kettle for coffee not working. Waiting time for pick-up too long...3 hours... Return very quick thanks to cleaning and gas and petrol refill paid for in advance.

We hired the van for a 2-week road trip. From the pick-up to the trip to the drop-off, everything went absolutely smoothly, the van was in top condition and there was nothing to complain about. The return was also great.

The camper was very functional and had a lot to offer. That's why it was very comfortable to live in for three months. One criticism is that some things were broken. Minor things like USB ports or broken cupboard locks were, of course, minor issues. But the fact that the grey water hose under the vehicle had broken off and we were unknowingly losing grey water was a bit more annoying. Especially because, after numerous phone calls, we couldn't even find a repair shop within a very large radius. The only option was to repair it ourselves. Later, however, the grey water tank had the problem that it wouldn't drain at all and constantly spilled inside the camper. That was really annoying. In the end, we were forced to have the camper replaced because the roof ventilation failed with the first downpours and the skylight wasn't watertight either. Organising the replacement was a nightmare. We had to deal with a lot of people who didn't seem to communicate properly with each other and didn't really know what they were doing. Well, eventually we got a new camper. It was leaking again, but in this case we were at least able to seal it with tape, so we were able to enjoy the trip with the camper happily until the end. Since the camper itself is very well made and the price-performance ratio was still good, we give it 3 stars!

We had hoped to be able to cope with a campervan like this for 5 weeks. The vehicle is basically a leased van into which some boards have been carpentered in order to create a sleeping area just under the roof using seat cushions that can be put together wildly. It wasn't even suitable for one person to sleep in. We then spent two nights in the roof tent. That would have been ok, but it smelt musty and the tent was very used and stained. Furthermore, there was no sensible way of organising our belongings in the interior. The kitchen installed in the rear was good, only the fridge was very used (rust), the technology (vehicle and "extension") worked so far. The basic vehicle actually had potential, but unfortunately this was not utilised. You can probably accept all this for a weekend, but we decided to upgrade. Overall, we can only praise the service provided by Jucy Rental (we had another motorhome change on this trip due to a technical defect).

The motorhome was not very clean and various things were missing or broken. The motorhome was in urgent need of an overhaul.... In addition, the roof covering smelled strange (was especially unpleasant for the people who slept upstairs).

Broken toilet, broken window coverings for the night, broken sunshade, no connectors on the water hose, almost nowhere to fill up with fresh water, poorly functioning skylight, poorly functioning refrigerator...
