The induction could have been more detailed. We had to figure out a few things for ourselves at the start of the holiday. The electronic footrest broke after four days. When I mentioned this, I was told that this happens often. I would have liked to have been given this information in advance. An alternative, such as a footstool, would have been easy to pack. Although the model we hired was advertised as being suitable for families, it was actually more suited to four adults. When I mentioned this, I offered it as a suggestion. I was told that they were aware of this. I wonder why, then, they continue to purchase such vehicles (ours was just four months old).

A fantastic motorhome for the price. Very spacious and comfortable to sleep in. Plenty of room in the fridge and freezer for a family of four. Friendly staff at McRent both when we collected and returned the motorhome. We encountered some difficulties along the way with purchasing a Go Box for our trip through Austria and had to pay an extra fee at the petrol station to sort it out. When we returned the motorhome, this amount, plus an extra payment for the inconvenience, was refunded by the rental company, even though it wasn’t their fault at all (the fault lay with the previous hirer). That was very kind of them.
