Handover according to online checklist without assistance. Return very meticulous. Due to lack of knowledge, you don't pay attention to small details (broken decorative strips, missing accessories). But charging over €200 for a damaged fly screen that costs €79.99 from the manufacturer is excessive.

Overall, we were very satisfied. There was some damage in and on the vehicle, e.g. the display, the exit ramp and the wheel trailer. But this was not a problem. The table is very annoying to set up. Nevertheless, a great price-performance ratio and nice and fast service.

Overall, we were very satisfied with the CamperCastle from Roadsurfer. There were a few minor previous damages, especially in the interior. We managed somehow, but it would have been nice if they had been repaired by Roadsurfer beforehand.

The cleanliness was unfortunately not as desired and a few small functions of the vehicle were not as described online. Otherwise, a clear recommendation.

We hired a Cliff 600 campervan with a pop-up roof through CamperDays at Cross-rent. The vehicle was brand new; the handover and briefing went very smoothly (allow about 1½ hours). When we returned it, the staff checked thoroughly (but not nit-pickingly) for any damage inside and out; after a quick signature, we were back home within 20 minutes.

Incomplete and partly false declarations of the vehicle at the handover. The Crosscamp is somewhat awkwardly set up, so some compartments can only be opened when the bed is set up, and the supply and disposal of water for washing dishes has to be carried away by hand, in plastic containers with very thin handles. - Not very sophisticated.
