In fact, the problems started as soon as we collected the vehicle. The collection point was listed as ‘Boston North’, but this was actually 100 km north of Boston, in a different state – New Hampshire. Getting there wasn’t easy either and incurred additional costs of over 100 dollars. Then we took delivery of the vehicle with a number of faults: the external storage flaps wouldn’t close properly, the crockery drawers opened whilst driving, the hot-water heater didn’t work at first, and the air conditioning was very unreliable at cooling. Sometimes it didn’t work at all, sometimes only a little, sometimes very strongly. And that in temperatures of over 35 degrees. A few times it froze up when running for a long time, and despite having four settings, you couldn’t really adjust it – it was always the same volume and the fan always blew at the same speed. But at least the vehicle was reliable and got us everywhere we needed to go.

Everything was great. Even the treatment of the company that rents the vehicle ****, we had a small problem with the air conditioning and it was solved kindly and cordially.
