We had booked the most expensive rate with everything included, about 500 dollars per day. The C30 car with 116,000 miles had no working handbrake, the window was cracked, the bracket of one of two necessary wing mirrors was broken and wobbled so that when the 30-foot-long vehicle vibrated, nothing was visible behind it. But it always veered, so you could never see anything on one side. The makeshift taping with ugly tape from the landlord didn't help. Speaking of vibration: The car was very loud. This was also due to the poor condition of the interior. Some wooden parts and plastic panels were no longer tight, so it rattled a lot. Other things were fixed accordingly, for example the table was fixed to the floor with 10 screws, so you couldn't convert it to a bed. That is, it lacked a bed to use. We were not offered a replacement vehicle, but a repair was, but how would that work on a round trip? When we asked for a discount due to a lack of service (safety and comfort), we have so far been referred to the rental station. But we didn't sign a contract with them. ...
