We are completely satisfied. The vehicle is inspected very thoroughly for damage during the handover. Which is only right. That’s why you should document any damage with photos and videos at the start. This helped us a great deal.

Everything was great and the transfer service from the airport to the motorhome pick-up point is good. You don't have to worry about a thing and the staff are fantastic.

We had an all-round great trip to Sweden with our camper and can highly recommend Camper days.👏👍 The name TC "small" was a slight understatement, as the camper was a stately 7.30 metres long...😊 The only negative: we waited three weeks on the road; in the third week, the grey water tank unfortunately smelled increasingly immediately after emptying.

The vehicle and the introduction were good. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The information about the meeting points for the handover was a little unclear, there is still room for improvement here. (When we returned the vehicle, we were initially given the wrong address, which wasn't a problem but was a bit stressful on the day of departure). Vehicle very well thought out and sufficiently motorised. Pick-up/return with "at least half full tank" is okay. Additional equipment worked except for minor details.

Roadsurfer branch in Stockholm: WoMo in poor condition, defective water pump, heating system defective during the stay (can happen), but unfortunately inadequate service. No hot water and heating for a fortnight in frosty temperatures. Poor service.

Uncomplicated handling. New, clean vehicle (less than 25,000 kilometres driven). Existing stone chip in the windscreen (already recorded according to verbal information).

Collection was disastrous, but clearly not down to staff but management. The staff were so stressed. That they could not take time to discuss the vehicle professionally. As they had to deliver over 80 vehicles that day, they were over 4 hours behind schedule, very poor organisation by the management. We had also ordered and paid for the perium package, but did not receive it. When we asked the staff, they said they didn't know what it was, 2nd gas bottle 2nd bedding and barbecue were missing!

The overall package is right. Unfortunately, the dishes were not returned clean by our predecessor.
